Very good quality mount(especially for the price) Have not experienced any "sag" and have a 46" LCD setting on it. Only problem was one mounting screw was the wrong size.

With the exception of the fact that you need to purchase 20' cables vs. 10' cables so that it can actually extend, its great. The extra cost of the cables is not a big deal if you get online. The complaint I heard was that it stuck off the wall more than the flush mount one. But to me it was worth being able to move the TV around the room. Have plenty of zip ties to make the cable snake along the arm. Install tip, choose how you will view tv, on the wall flush or extended. It is not possible to have both positions 100% level (if you even care, it is still between the lines on the bubble level)
Would purchase again.

Super heavy and sturdy. Have had it outside for four months now and no complaints. For $105 delivered a great deal. Not a five star due to slight lean to the right, but not really noticeable. Probably a common problem with a lot of mounts. Great deal.

I originally bought this mount and had to return it due to issues with my wall studs... I contacted them via their cusomter service line and was helped immediately by someone who gave me clear instructions for returning the unit and choosing the correct one. They even shipped out the new unit early (when I sent them the tracking number) and refunded the difference in orders promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I purchased this mount for a 32in Phillips flatscreen. The mount is heavy, sturdy and exactly what I was looking for. The only problem was the mounting hardware that came with it. The wall anchors were cheap and did not hold in the wall very well. This was a fairly easy fix by a trip to the local hardware. Then another surprise, the screws that were sent to attach the TV to the mount were not the right size. This resulted in another trip to the hardware. Now another issue. The only screws that would fit the TV screw holes were too short. Now I had to shorten the plastic mounting spacers that came with the unit. Good thing I have a bench grinder. A little adjustment to the length and they all screwed in fine.

Overall this is a great mount. You can't beat the price. It sits level, even at an angle in a corner. It is solid and heavy. I don't have to worry about the TV falling off the wall or the mount. But a word of advice. Be prepared to go to the hardware for more mounting anchors and screws. (In my opinion 4 were not enough.) Also check the screws and spacers before putting the TV up on the mount. It will save you a few headaches and a trip or two to the hardware.
