In Naruto Ultimate Ninja 3, You can have Sasuke do a better chidori. The name of that ultimate jutsu is called ominous chidori. Naruto also does the rasengan with a wicked explosion at the end called the nine tailed rasengan. It’s the same thing as Sasuke’s ominous chidori but with the rasengan.

No it ain’t. The original Ultimate Ninja series is the best becuase in that one most characters have more than just measly 2 ultimate jutsus. A character can have a maximum of ten ultimate jutsus.

I don’t know what the heck “saints row 2″ is. But I reckon you shouldn’t go for the ultimate ninja storm series either. I reckon the best series is the original ultimate series. The original one is just called ultimate ninja. But it’s better because most characters have more than two ultimate jutsus. A character can have a maximum of 10 ultimate jutsus.
