I bought this TV 2 weeks ago, but i have 30 days return policy.is it huge deal?becasue its hard for me to go this 50 inch tv to best buy…..
Yes! Return it before the time is up. A stuck pixel is a manufacturer defect. I’ve had that happen to my computer monitor and returned it for an exchange. It’s a rare occurrence, but it does happen, so don’t be stuck with an annoying stuck pixel.

they may not accept the return.
the average HD ready set has over 790.000 pixels with full HD sets employing well over 1 million and so long as they are not clustered together a few dead pixels are not only considered acceptable but also expected by the manufacturers of plasma and LCD sets.
but it must state this in the televisions warranty or stated to you at the time the tv was being sold to you-if it does not i would return it on the grounds that it was sold to you at the full price in an imperfect condition which is something the seller cannot do under statutory law.

Are you sure you did not splatter something on the screen or speck of dust that just looks like a dead pixel? Try wiping the screen with a damp cloth.
I have not seen a dead or stuck pixel on an LCD monitor or TV since a Sony laptop I bought Jan 2000 (which had other issues with poorly designed ribbon cable that would occasionally scramble the screen).

I would return it as soon as possible! Even a
half a pixel would upset me to no end….even
if it was in a corner! The picture should be
perfect. That is why you spend excellent money
on said unit! What are you waiting for?
Return it now!
