Panasonic Tv Resolution And Refresh Rate When Using Component Input?

I have a Panasonic PT 47WX42 tv and it only has component inputs. I got a VGA to component converter by audio authority (9a60) and now i need to figure out what refresh rate and resolution the tv accepts.
I currently just have a blank screen because i cant match the two.
Any thoughts?
