How Can I Fix My Panasonic Analog Color Tv?

The picture in my Panasonic analog TV went out and all i get is a black screen except for a thin bar right across the middle of the screen. I’d like to fix it myself rather than pay to have it fixed somewhere else.. any thoughts?
